Description
Anti-African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) p30 Antibody [Clone 16E11] recognizes ASFV p30 proteins. African swine fever (ASF) is a contagious septicemic viral disease of pigs. The pathogen of this disease is ASFV, a large DNA virus from the Asfarviridae family. The ASFV p30 protein is part of the inner membrane of the virion. Therefore, p30 protein is an important target for serology and antigen detection in ASF.
Product Note
Recognize African Swine Fever Virus p30 in ELISA, when monoclonal antibody was paired with Anti-African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) p30 Antibody [Clone 18H1] (cat. LDG0162YA).
