    CDX2 (Caudal Type Homeobox 2) protein is a transcription factor crucial for intestinal development and homeostasis. It regulates the expression of genes involved in intestinal epithelial differentiation, cell proliferation, and barrier function. CDX2 is predominantly expressed in the intestinal epithelium, where it plays a key role in maintaining intestinal integrity and function.     It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile H₂O to a concentration not less than 0.2 mg/mL and incubate the stock solution for at least 20 min to ensure sufficient re-dissolved.
