High-quality and long-term stability monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins are essential for diagnostics such as ELISA kits and rapid tests.
Leadgene develops various monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins to meet the demands for clinical diagnosis.
We have established pilot-scale manufacturing. Now we provide products supported by a quality management system that is certified for ISO 13485.
Leadgene Biomedical Inc. is obliged to ensure high-quality standards.
- Anti-SARS-CoV-2 NP/Spike Antibodies and Antigens
Since several clinical symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to those of seasonal flu infection, sensitive and reliable testing tool kits are helpful to pandemic-prevention measures and timely medical interventions.
Leadgene is dedicated to contributing our specialties to global combats against COVID-19 by supplying essential materials for SARS-CoV-2 laboratory diagnosis and rapid tests.
Those products include viral structure proteins (spike, nucleocapsid, and membrane proteins) isolated from bacteria and mammalian cell cultures and monoclonal antibodies (also antibody pairs) specific to them.

- HRV3C Protease
Human rhinoviruses (HRV) 3C protease is often used to remove the purification tag appended to interest proteins after the affinity chromatography step. Still, the the quality of the manufacturing process might be compromised if any minute remaining of the cleaving enzyme does not be right checked.
To check whether the protease is completely eliminated, traditional methods are enzymatic activity assay or HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Protease activity assay detects 3C proteases indirectly, and the sensitivity is usually unsatisfactory. On the other hand, HPLC is a standard methodology to check whether the protease has been sufficiently eliminated, but drawbacks such as lack of specificity and high practice cost, thus calling for a more comprehensive assay.
We provide a new solution by recognizing the 3C protease directly by using mouse anti-HRV 3C protease monoclonal antibody. The corresponding ELISA kit is also available now. Leadgene Biomedical is dedicated to scientific research and clinical diagnosis, and we hope we can make outstanding contributions to the world!

- HbA1c antibody
Blood sugar surveillance matters to diabetic patients. Effective control of blood sugar reduces the risks of main complications of diabetes such as diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy. When it comes to blood sugar surveillance, detection of HbA1c levels is an ideal method than blood glucose levels.
HbA1c reflects the average blood sugar levels for the last two to three months. When your body can't use the blood glucose properly, the glucose sticks to the red blood cells and is called glycated hemoglobin, known as HbA1C. Red blood cells survive for around 2-3 months. Therefore, detection of HbA1c levels is a method for a long-term strategy for blood sugar surveillance.

- IL-6 antibody
Interleukin-6 (IL-6) acts as a pro-inflammatory cytokine and plays a critical role in immune-mediated diseases.
IL-6 is promptly produced in response to the stimulation of acute-phase responses such as infections, tissue injuries, hematopoiesis, and immune reactions.
We can detect IL-6 levels to predict the occurrence of complications in injured patients. Surveillance of IL-6 levels in ICU patients helps to assess the disease severity and prognosis.
