• What are your shipping and handling charges?
    For your convenience, we offer two payment methods: wire transfer and PayPal. For wire transfers, please select “Received in Full Amount” or “OUR (All local and overseas charges borne by applicant)” option for the wire transfer. By doing so, we will waive the handling fee. Alternatively, we accept payments via PayPal, but please note that PayPal transactions incur a handling fee of 7% of the total amount. An additional packaging fee of USD 25 per box is also applied. For specific shipping charges, kindly provide your shipping address so we can give you an accurate cost estimate.
    What temperature will my product be shipped at?
    We utilize FedEx for our shipping services. You have the flexibility to choose between ambient temperature or dry ice shipment. In the case of ambient temperature shipment, rest assured that your product will be carefully packed with frozen ice packs filling the shipping box, maintaining the appropriate temperature throughout its journey.
